Horrible company, got bad service customer support is a joke, their trained to say they same things you get so help or solutions to problems created by borgata I'm owed a lot of money, and they keep saying my money will be here, is been month no corporate contact neither a apologizing message they are full blown scammers. They try to blame it on my phone and my service carrier! They clearly have a system and records of transactions now a month later they not once tried to contact me and I have to argue with them now they say to send them my transactions or screen shot of the problem like if I'm tech they have all the info and even probably accessing my camera when I'm winning I've noticedy camera night light come on for few secs and that has only happened when playing with borgata and winning

A stupid phone number change and nobody gets back to you. The last person I spoke to was a gentleman. He was so nice and I do believe he did everything within his Bauer. We’ll see if it happens.

I am so I rate right now. I dont know if its the people that are in the chat line or theyre just stupid or they dont understand English what their problem is.

but it shouldnt take four months to get a phone number change OK thats and Im explaining to them. Theres a flaw in whatever screen they kept sending me to send the list to documents, and every one of them gave me that screen and the girl Michelle on the chat she wasnt so nice about how it either. I asked for a supervisor she would not give me one and waited till the end to tell me theres no supervisors there that I would have to have one contact me by the time I resolve the phone with her. I had a headache and my head was spinning.

I woke up in a bad mood, knowing that I had to go chatline again which I did and thats when I got Jay. I was glad to get Jay until he basically did not want to read what I was going through and basically ended the chat. Im starting to feel like I just dont know what customer service is or nobodys trained in customer service. Your system really is frustrating to change a stupid phone number.

Its a little more than that. Somehow my email got changed to the iCloud account. Still dont know how that happened but that the process of being changed so Ive been told its supposed to be expedited now Im wondering do I have to go through the same thing with Mgm because you are basically sister companies and same results different day I mean I dont think I could handle another chat for two hours or starting to feel like my money needs a good enough for us or whatever but I shouldnt be treated wrong when theres flaws in your system and Im sorry you dont receive half a text message or half of an email which is what Ive been told over the past five months. The last time that I played would be the last time that when I started trying to request a phone number change.

hoping this is resolved. I believe you got all the information I sent Mor I dont know since nobody tells you anything after it is sent until you call and youre on the phone for hours and then it depends on the mood of whoever picks up the chat or the phone call.
Its been really hard day for me today and Wednesday was my birthday, which I spent being aggravated on both chats between Mgm and forborgata and that really sucks OK

My
Account was charged $90 last year. It was an error so I canceled the charge with my bank.

I never received these funds or gambled with them. They are now making me pay it back. I NEVER HAD IT
OR USED THE FUNDS! They have no problem with a long time player not using or recommending them ever again over a measly $90.

Nothing compared to what I wasted on them. Disgrace.

Not once in 5 years have I had an acceptable or resolved outcome. They are very difficult to reach. They never can resolve immediately and often never get the issue resolved
