Worst gambling app I ever used. I created an account, deposited money, and couldnt log in.
Called customer service and they told me my account didnt exist. They said it was a glitch and would be resolved. They got back to me 5 days later, said it was fixed, and still couldnt get in.
My money is stuck in there and I cant do anything. FanDuel and MGM have been good to me.
I have tried and tried to have my issue resolved and I'm about fed up with it. I am still waiting right now for 37 minutes and that's just this attempt.
I had many before this.
All I need is for someone to switch my credits from the New Jersey account to my Pennsylvania account. Not so nice customer service at all!
After my review here I was surprised to see Borgata reach out to me same day. They requested basic Documents which I submitted.
ID so they could reactivate my account. They assured a response 24-72 hrs. The 72 hr time frame was for earlier today 1pm. It is now 8pm.
I went ahead and attempted contacting them myself. Outcome. Unable to connect to live agent via phone or email.
So no. They would never get my recommendation.
